As a followup to our "Small Is Smart" concept, Honda now offers "Be Smart, Have Fun!" as the theme of our automobile and motorcycle exhibitions at this year's Tokyo Motor Show. This new slogan expresses our vision of the new possibilities and pleasures that our motorcycles should and will offer as we enter a bright new millenium. We intend to make them "smarter" in terms of environmental and safety concerns, while at the same time ensuring that they never sacrifice the fun and enjoyment motorcycle mobility has always brought. In addition to some of the smartest, most fun models from our current lineup, this year's Honda motorcycle exhibition also presents a diversity of environmentally friendly technologies and concept models that reveal our vision of greater harmony among motorcycles, people, and society. In short, through "Be Smart, Have Fun!" we offer a friendly but powerful message promoting the joys of riding, creating, racing, and simply having fun together in ways that only motorcycles can provide, while pursuing those goals and dreams with a sense of responsibility toward the realization of an even better mobility future.
